Rookie League is an instructional league that utilizes a pitching machine to pitch baseballs at a speed of 35-40 mph to batters. This division is open to both boys and girls league age 8 years old. The game schedule begins in mid April and is completed by June 1st. There are typically  1-2 games per week with a total of 12-15 games scheduled during the season. If you have questions/concerns about your player playing up or down a level, please contact Berlin Little League's player agent.

Players in this division are eligible to be selected to an end of season tournament team that will play in 3-5 weekend long tournaments. Players eligible to be selected to the tournament team must participate in 60% of the regular season.

Baseball Pants are required with this program, but will not be provided this year with uniforms.
