Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, also known as BJJ, is one of the safest and most effective forms of martial arts for any individual to learn. BJJ is a self-defense martial art and a close-range combat sport. Unlike other combat sports, it involves no striking and instead uses leverage and techniques to force an opponent into a submission, or give-up state.
