The Benton sharks is a super fun way for kids to get involved with the sport of swimming. We offer multiple levels based on abilities and use our coaches to work with these groups to improve their skills. We will offer a wide variety of practice options each week to offer the most availability to your family possible. Come to as many practices as you like! We give out a number of awards and our USA swimming certified coaches are the best around. In fact, our program was voted in 2018 the best sports program by the Arkansas Recreation and Parks Association. Swimmers will need a suit and goggles. A t-shirt and cap will be provided to all participants who register before our t-shirt order date. All the meets will be held in River Center in Benton and we will have 4 total.
Shark TryoutsWe are excited to offer a chance for your child to be evaluated for placement in the correct groups. It is important for every swimmer to be evaluated BEFORE attending practice regardless of previous experience on the team. We have multiple time available for tryouts on May 1st - May 4th. A link will be sent out after registration to all families to sign up for tryouts when the document is available.
We do expect this season to be similar to that of previous years. More information will be provided regarding the practice schedule and other information as it becomes finalized.

Swimming without LimitsSwimming without limits is an inclusive program within the Sharks program that focuses on kids with disabilities and teaches them how to swim. The goal is to get them to compete with the Sharks and practice with the team. It is run by Dr. Megan Hill, OTR/L. You may register for the team via the Sharks and meet with Dr. Megan Hill. This program is limited in capacity. You can contact Dr. Megan Hill via email meganarchibald11@gmail.com.
