Want to get in shape while learning the most effective martial art in the world? Then sign up for Pure Land Jiu Jitsu Academy at Riverside Center is the right move. Our proven curriculum base style of teaching will walk through the basics of Jiu Jitsu in a matter of months. You'll also learn how to throw, control, and submit your opponent giving you the confidence and the fight game you need to protect the ones you love.

Participants will be asked by the Instructor to purchase a long-sleeved uniform for health safety in this close contact sport. Flexible payment options will be provided.

Monthly Continuous Training Program that meets in the River Center Fitness Room.

Advanced Age 5-9 PLUS Package includes 5 Sessions:

• Fridays at 6:30PM - 45 Minutes
• Saturdays at 8:00AM - 1 Hour (Competition Team)
• Saturdays at 10:30AM - 45 Minutes
• Mondays at 7:30PM - 1 Hour (Advanced Technique)
• Wednesdays at 7:30PM - 1 Hour (Advanced Technique)

*THERE WILL BE NO CLASS ON FEBRUARY 16TH, 27TH, OR 28TH
