For new AND experienced runners-come have fun and at the same time learn proper technique, training strategies, race tactics, and ways to improve speed, strength, and mental focus. Led by experienced coaches Eric Bachmeier, Bill McClement, and Kim Stensgar-along with Bellingham High School Cross Country team members.
