Early October is the perfect time to visit two of lower BC’s most cherished gardens. These horticultural treasures feature a variety of Pacific Rim trees and shrubs whose fall shades evolve from vibrant reds to oranges to golden hues. We’ll enjoy a docent led tour and learn about the history of the gardens then stroll the paths, take photos, and be inspired by the beauty surrounding us. We’ll enjoy a no host lunch nearby before heading to White Rock for an afternoon stroll and treat on the way home.
Valid identification required to cross the border: passport, WA state enhanced driver's license or NEXUS card. Pre-registration is required. Registration fees include transportation, admissions and guide. Transportation will be provided in a 12-passenger van. Bring money for food and purchases and wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing and shoes. Depart/return Civic Stadium; park near the west ticket booth.
