Rise feeling fully rejuvenated, transformed and centered in your mind, body and spirit. Please bring a cozy blanket, plenty of floor padding and a small pillow for your maximum comfort.
For your comfort please bring cushioning/padding while reclined on the floor, a cozy blanket and a small pillow to create your cozy own nest to rest. Event is located inside Woodstock’s Barn event space, please dress in layers as room temperature may vary. Free parking onsite but limited, we suggest carpooling.
