Description

As the seasons shift and nature begins its slow retreat, this three-part sound bath series invites you to turn your focus inward to cultivate stillness, clarity, and deep restoration. Each month, we will use gentle movement, breathwork, and mindful reflection to prepare for an hour or so long sound journey featuring gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and more. Attend one or all; each workshop offers a complete experience in deep relaxation.
