Karate provides an excellent physical and mental workout; increasing coordination and flexibility. Our well-rounded curriculum incorporates kickboxing, grappling, katas and weaponry. Come experience strength and confidence boosting fun classes with something for every member of the family. Classes will be held in Auditorium/Gym. Classes open to residents and non-residents. *NO CLASS 5/26*
