In this class, we’ll review fitness-focused games, activities and an introduction to team sports. Campers will put their bodies in motion and release surplus energy. They’ll develop functional movement patterns that will make them more effective and boost their self-esteem for other sports. Along the way, they’ll practice teamwork, communication, and emotional self-regulation skills to help them everywhere, not just on the field or court.
