This inner journey bears little resemblance to the traditional view of Tarot. Our first steps will take us to Carl Jung’s model of the mind, focusing on the Collective Unconscious, home of ancestral memories. Jung’s Active Imagination will be the tool through which The Tarot’s Major Arcana will give form to the archetypes, the bearers of ancestral knowledge. Next, Tarot connections will lead to our Spirit Guides, who will navigate the inner journey to the lands of the Ancestors. Through Tarot-inspired Guided Meditation and inner work, we’ll meet Ancestors of Blood, of Choice and of Identity. Throughout our journey, both group Tarot work and individual Tarot Dialogue spreads will connect us with our Ancestors. Our 10-week journey will conclude with a magical ritual. The cards will both facilitate deeper Ancestral connection and provide an imaginative foundation whereby the Ancestors will join us in meditation, visualization and affirmation to increase our psychic bond.
