Description

Start your Saturday with an opportunity to slow down and reconnect with nature. Reduce stress with a guided mindfulness session followed by a peaceful hike surrounded by fall foliage. Enjoy the outdoors and find a moment of calm this season. The hike will be approximately 1.5 miles over a crushed limestone trail. Plum Creek Nature Center is an accessible facility. Outdoor activities may take place on natural surfaces across uneven terrain.
