Non-profit School/Town group $25 per space
Bedford for Profit business $70 per space
Non-Bedford for Profit business $115 per space
Participants are responsible for adhering to fair guidelines posted on the Recreation website Bedford Day 2026

Several important points to note include:
Non-profits must provide proof of non-profit status. Please email to dsquillini@bedfordma.gov
Spaces 12' x 12' (NOTHING can exceed the 12' x 12' space).
No vehicles on Mudge Way between 10am and 2pm.
For Profits may not sell goods/svcs at the Fair.
Canopies/tents/tarps must clearly display manufacturer's Fire Retardant label.
Live animal prizes not permitted.
ELECTRICITY REQUESTED (AVAILABLE ONLY TO BEDFORD NON-PROFIT FOOD VENDORS in "Food Row"); please have backup plan.
Food sales require Board of Health permit by 9/4 (contact 781-275-6507)
Rides/inflatables must have Recreation pre-approval and insurance.
