SESSION 1 THAI RED CURRY CHICKENA quick, colorful Chicken dish that is high on looks, presentation and color but low on effort and expense. Very versatile with what protein to choose, which veg you choose and the level of heat you want. Maybe this should be called Big Bang for Your Buck Chicken!
SESSION 2 GROUND BEEF KOREAN BULGOGI BOWLSYou'll wonder where this easy ground beef recipe has been all your life. It is really high on flavor, quick in prep time and has your salad, veg, protein and starch all in one bowl. How easy is that? Again, you can amp up the heat, switch the veg, starch, protein to suit your needs but this will give you a delicious and impressive jump off point.
SESSION 3 RED NECK WELLINGTONOne of the most fun dishes you can make for your family or for a dinner party. This will become a Go-To recipes for sure. Imagine baking a raw pork tenderloin in a French bread and wrapping it in bacon. "No Way!", you say?" You'll eat your word as you enjoy eating this fun easy riff on the classic and complicated Beef Wellington. A real Win-Win!
SESSION 4 PICADILLOThe work horse of Latin America. You can serve this with plain rice or a zhuzhed-up rice, stuff it in a taco, roll in a burrito, pile it on a baked potato or in a stuffed pepper. Tomatoes, onion and ground beef are used as a familiar base. This Latin comfort food will skew Cuban with the addition of raisins and olives thereby giving it a sweet salty flavor profile. Muy Delicioso!
