Strong Bodies is designed for both men and women. During this exercise program you will increase strength, muscle mass, bone density and the ability to do activities of daily living.
Join us for this program from the comfort of your own home. You will need your own equipment (mat, weights, chair, etc.) and the Zoom application on your device (computer, tablet or smart phone).
Confirmation of online access to classes will be sent with a follow-up email after the registration deadline. We can also walk you through the process to get Zoom, if needed.
