We’re all aging, right? In our presentation we’ll be talking about dementia and how it impacts our overall wellness. We’ll also look at the risk factors for dementia. But it doesn’t stop right there. Did you know there are things we can do to keep our brains healthy and to prevent and/or delay dementia. We’ll give you information on steps you can take to strengthen and protect your brain. At the end there will be time for Q&A.
