  1. TWO STRIKE PLAN: Strikeouts are painful. Remove the pain, take away the high outer 1/3 of plate block the fastball.
  1. PEPPER DRILL:
    1. No stride
    2. 1/2 stride
    3. Full to stride/Full cut
    4. Note: Concentrate on push of hands, level cut, 10 to 2 contact.
  1. PEPPER HIGH STRIKE DRILL:
    1. No stride
    2. 1/2 stride
    3. Full to stride/Full cut
  1. PEPPER CURVE BALL DRILL:
    1. No stride
    2. 1/2 stride
    3. Full to stride/Full cut
  1. PRACTICE FULL CUTS QUALITY CUTS:
    1. Suspended 18 zone
    2. Push, press hands
