Lynn Suyeko Mandziuk is a Denver-based writer, illustrator, designer, and instructor at the University of Colorado Denver. She has a long career as a freelance illustrator and designer in the outdoor industry, and more recently as a writer. Her work has been featured in many outdoor publications and magazines including Climbing, Rock and Ice, and Ascent. She is finishing her Master of Fine Arts in Illustration from Savannah College of Art and Design.
In her free time, she is a serious rock climber and bicycle enthusiast. Her favorite adventures range from day trips at the crag to longer suffer-fests via bicycle and climbing. She is a sponsored ambassador for Mad Rock climbing.
Throughout the years Lynn has clocked in time at the crag, at the boulders, on big walls, and in citizen competitions. Lynn spent the bulk of a decade living the digital nomad climbing life, roaming the west while working remotely as a freelance illustrator and designer. Her adventures fuel her creative inspiration.
