About this event
In this immersive STEM exploration, students engage in a guided investigation of shark anatomy to understand how bones, muscles, and movement work together. Through dissection, students will discover the fascinating science behind one of the ocean’s top predators. They then apply engineering principles to design and build their own functional model of a shark’s powerful jaw. This hands-on experience encourages creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving while helping students deepen their understanding of biology, mechanics, and the artistic process behind scientific reconstruction.
