Karate Foundations: Go-Ju Ryu for All Levels New Year, new challenge! Discover the timeless art of Go-Ju Ryu Karate—a path to self-development for all levels. Build strength, coordination, flexibility and stamina in a relaxed and comfortable training environment. Each class includes a functional warm-up, an overview of basic techniques reinforced through partner practice and an introduction to kata (forms) explored both as movement patterns and self-defense strategies.
