Join us for a guided hike through Lionel Hampton Park led by ATL Parks and Rec’s Office of Natural Resources. In this hike, we’ll admire and learn about the colorful changing leaves in one of Atlanta’s largest forest preserves.We will meet at the north entrance of the park at the end of Willis Mill Rd SW. Street parking is available. View the map here. Parking/Meeting LocationAbout the route:The hiking route is just over one mile long with paved and unpaved segments. The unpaved trails are rated Easy, though you can expect some rough, uneven, or muddy ground. The paved PATH trail has a short, steep downhill section. There will be plenty of breaks to rest and admire the scenery.Come prepared!
