Discover the beauty and rhythm of bead weaving in this hands-on class focused on creating stunning beaded rings using the Peyote stitch—a timeless technique loved by jewelry artists around the world. In this beginner-friendly workshop, you'll learn how to start and build a Peyote stitch ring, choose the right beads and thread, and finish your work with clean, professional results. We’ll cover pattern basics, sizing tips, and color play so you can create rings that reflect your unique style. By the end of the workshop, you’ll go home with one or more dazzling rings—and the know-how to keep creating more.
No experience necessary. All materials are included. Just bring your curiosity and love for beautiful things!

REFUND POLICY:

To receive a refund, students must submit their request at least 2 weeks before the first class. No refunds or transfers are guaranteed after this time. To withdraw from a class, you are required to email ChastainArts@AtlantaGA.gov and include your name, the class name, and your reason for withdrawal. The option to accept an account credit for the class withdrawal is preferred.

If a withdrawal/refund is requested after 2 weeks prior to or after the class has begun, a $30 administration fee will be deducted and only an account credit will be processed to be used for future class registrations, clay purchases, and future purchases in our gift shop & gallery. If a class has begun at minimum enrollment, we cannot process refunds or credits after the first class has already started. If you register for a class after the session has begun, only an account credit will be processed if a withdrawal is requested. Anyone registered for a figure class with a model will be required to pay the model fee on the first day of class with cash or check to the instructor. Even if you request a withdrawal after the first day of class, you will be required to pay the model fee calculated based on enrollment on the first-class meeting. The Chastain Arts Center is not responsible for classes missed due to student absences. Please discuss any unavoidable absences with your instructor.
