Description

This course is designed for beginner artists who are curious to learn how to paint. We will discuss the conceptual aspects of painting, share the works of contemporary and historical painters, and practice technical skills. We will do guided projects in Watercolor, Gouache, Acrylic, and Oil. Once we have created artworks in each medium, we will move into an exploratory free project using the paint of your choice.

SUPPLIES: Easels, brushes, and drawing boards are provided. Please bring watercolor paint, gouache paint, acrylic paint, and oil paint (colors of your choice).
