Come Join us for Line Dancing Legends at Thomasville Recreation Center!

Get moving, have fun, and groove to the music in our Senior Line Dancing Class at Thomasville Recreation Center. This lively and social class is designed especially for older adults who want to stay active while enjoying easy-to-follow dance routines. Participants will learn popular line dances step-by-step in a supportive, no pressure environment. Each session focuses on improving balance coordination, and heart health-while having a great time with friends. No dance experience required.
