Description

Kick off the new year with a fresh take on wellness and creativity. In this hands-on Conservancy workshop, participants use Georgia’s winter produce to create balanced, alcohol-free drinks. Staff will guide the group through making simple syrups, infusions, and garnishes featuring citrus, herbs, honey, and roots. The session encourages curiosity and connection while celebrating local flavors and seasonal ingredients.
