Thomasville Strong is a dynamic staff lead adult fitness class designed to help participants build strength, improve endurance, and boast overall health. Every Wednesday, join our dedicated recreation staff for a guided workout experience using high-quality TV-based fitness lessons that combine expert instruction with the motivation of group exercise.
