Come join us for Midday Movers at Anthony Flanagan!

A walking group with a warm-up, a route and somebody counting laps alongside you. Meet at the front desk three mornings a week for a guided walk through West Manor Park, followed by an optional round on the outdoor fitness equipment. Staff lead stretches before and after and track the group’s weekly distance on the board. Go at your own pace — walkers, strollers and canes all welcome. When the weather turns we move indoors for a seated and standing routine in the multipurpose room.
