Come join us for Crunch Time at C.T. Martin

This class will be designed to improve fitness, strength, and endurance. The beginning of the class will always consist of stretching. The weight room will be used to build core and muscle strength. The gymnasium will be used for cardio and stretching. A workout plan will be available at the front desk.
