Come join us for Brain Games and Exercises at Adams Recreation Center!

This program is a stimulating wellness program designed for seniors to support cognitive health, memory, and mental sharpness. Participants enjoy a variety of engaging activities--such as puzzles, word games, memory challenges, and light problem-solving tasks. These activities will be paired with gentle body movement exercises that promote focus, circulation, and overall well-being.
