Description
Come join us for Body Sculpting at MLK Recreation Center!Patrons will learn the basics of a healthy and safe lifting routine. Each individual will have the change to improve his/her fitness, posture, technique, and overall strength through weightlifting and core workouts.
When: October 17 - December 12, 2026.Saturdays: 10:30a.m. - 11:15a.m.Who: Adults - 18 years and older.Cost: $45 for 1 session a week for 9 weeks.
