The Lady Boss Collective Camp is designed to inspire and empower rising 2nd–6th grade girls through hands-on exploration of female entrepreneurship. Throughout the week, campers will visit local women-owned businesses, meet real-life “Lady Bosses,” and learn what it takes to turn ideas into thriving ventures. Before each visit, campers will collaborate to develop thoughtful interview questions, practice professional communication skills, and explore what leadership looks like in different industries. Back on campus, they’ll reflect on what they’ve learned and begin dreaming up business ideas of their own. This engaging and confidence-building experience fosters creativity, curiosity, leadership, and the courage to one day lead their own ventures — all within a supportive and encouraging environment.
