Middle School Speedy Spartans Students in grades 5–8 are invited to join Speedy Spartans, a program designed to build endurance and confidence through distance running. Led by Middle School Cross Country coaches Carrie Olson and Jacqueline Land, each session will include warm-ups, distance runs, pacing strategies, and conditioning activities to help students grow as runners. This enrichment provides a fun and supportive environment where students can challenge themselves, set personal goals, and enjoy running with friends.
