DOOMSDAY SKATE SCHOOL: ADULT ROLLER SKATE BEGINNER SKILLS JUNE SESSION
In a controlled environment, using yoga mats, beginner skaters will build basic skills through the development of balance and control on wheels. Skaters will learn the basics of rolling safety and enjoy music in a rink vibe.
Both blades and quad skates are permitted.
REQUIRED: helmet, wrist/elbow/knee pads and skates. Rentals available at doomsdayskate.com. Participants under 18 years of age must have a parent present.
** Sorry, no blades with back brakes allowed indoors- brakes must be removed. There will be a skate check at the door to protect floors. *Please note that skates must be properly maintained to skate at this facility. All skates will be inspected at the door before each class for: exposed metal bolts on trucks, toe stop stems, bent or broken lace eyelets, blade buckle clips will be taped. NO black rubber stops, or jam plugs allowed under any circumstances. Gear will also be inspected for rocks and/or dirt. Thank you for your cooperation in helping protect our floor.
