Step away from the computer and get out of the house with this physically-distanced guided meditation walk through the park. Using our senses, we can meditate with nature to help us navigate our problems and connect with ourselves. ***Limited to 9 participants and 1 instructor; masks and temperature screening required, please do not attend if you feel ill***
