Rock Recovery strives to reduce stigma and spread awareness around eating disorders and provide affordable and transformational resources to those struggling and their support networks. Since 2009 the organization has helped more than 500 clients and family members receive care through its holistic and affordable outpatient treatment and support programs, as well as educated and provided supportive resources to 17,000 community members. Spring is here and that means the Rock Recovery Run/Walk for Recovery 5k is back!
On April 16th, we invite you to grab a friend and enjoy a fun, family-friendly jog/walk/run through Arlington to raise critical funds for Rock's life-saving eating disorder treatment services and support resources. Following the run, stick around for a post-run snack at the Potomac River Running (PRR) store in Arlington, VA (Wilson Blvd.) and learn about the important work that Rock is doing in the community.
All fitness levels are welcome to enjoy this untimed event! Proceeds will go to help the incredible individuals Rock serves through it's unique eating disorder treatment programs, which provide life-saving, affordable, holistic care to those who struggle with eating disorders, exercise and body image issues.

9:45 – 10:00 AM: Registration and check-in at PRR Arlington (4238 Wilson Blvd Ste. 1235, Arlington, VA 22203)
10:00 – 10:15 AM: Welcome from Rock Recovery and group photo
10:15 AM – 11:15: Let the Run for Recovery begin!
11:15 – 12:00 PM: Post-run snacks at Potomac River Running
Potomac River Running is located in the Ballston Quarter. Street parking is available (but somewhat scarce!) nearby and there are several parking garages in the area.
