This class will be rescheduled in October.
This class covers the basic of self defense. Led by the Protectors of the Peak (Apex Police Department), participants will learn simple, practical techniques to increase personal safety, boost confidence, and build awareness.
This program is designed specifically for individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities. Participants attending with a personal assistant are welcome.
