Seven Vibrations is a practice that takes a holistic approach towards wellness. We always have some kind of stress about uncertainty and increased anxiety. There are many ways to overcome stress. During this workshop, sound, music and vibrations can heal physical, mental and emotional stress. Take a bath in the frequencies of musical notes and sound instruments which are highly effective in balancing out energy centers - the chakras. Mihika Paranjpe, founder of 7 Vibrations, instructs.
