Join Poe Center, a Raleigh-based nonprofit dedicated to providing health education programs and resources for people of all ages. The Dimensions of Wellness program empowers participants to explore the positive and negative aspects of stress and understand how ongoing stress can impact their mental, physical, and emotional health. Participants will gain valuable insight into the importance of overall wellness and strategies for managing stress in healthy ways. This program is 90 minutes.
