How does a 600 year old beverage capture the hearts of the world, and become more than just a morning ritual, but a world-wide social experience? Let's start by understanding the history of coffee and how it gets from humble beginnings to the most consumed hot beverage in the world. We'll learn about farming, processing, roasting and brewing this sometimes complicated beverage. After all of that, we'll have a chance to try some different coffees to expand our own experiences.
