Description

As winter approaches, it sometimes seems like all the animals have disappeared from the forest, but have they really? Join us for a stroll along the ATT as we look for hidden signs of wildlife, like tracks, scat, nests, and more. We will talk about winter survival strategies and learn that while winter is a time of rest, there is much more animal activity than may immediately meet the eye. We will be walking about 1.5 miles on a crushed gravel surface. Bring a water bottle. For all ages. Meet at the lower picnic table at the New Hill parking area (1309 New Hill-Olive Chapel Rd.).
