Adult Swim Lessons - Stroke Improvement
NO CLASS 7/4.
This course is geared for teens and adults who feel comfortable in the water but have an interest in stroke improvement and lap swimming. Participants will gain skills to improve their swimming techniques.Skills taught include:- Breathing techniques for sustained endurance- Learning Freestyle- Learning Backstroke- Learning Breaststroke- Treading water
Safety skills taught include survival swimming and floating.
NO LATER THAN 5 business days prior to the first day of class. No refunds issued after class has started. All refunds are subject to a $7 service charge per activity unless class/activity is cancelled by the City of Antioch Recreation Department. Refunds take up to 3-6 weeks to receive in the mail. No refunds for non-attendance, one day workshops/classes or materials fees.
