Our book club goals for students in grades 3–5 are to strengthen reading comprehension, expand vocabulary, and encourage thoughtful discussion around texts. Through shared reading and guided conversations, students will practice expressing ideas clearly, listening to others’ perspectives, and making meaningful connections to what they read. The book club will also support social-emotional growth by fostering collaboration, empathy, and confidence in a respectful group setting. Above all, our goal is to inspire a deeper enjoyment of reading and help students see books as tools for learning, reflection, and fun. Cost includes book. Please pack a nut free snack. Pick up is at 3:45PM. Any student not picked up will be checked into After School Care.
