Grades: 12th - Adult. Level 1 - 4. Yogilates® combines movements inspired by yoga and Pilates providing the strength of a weight workout and the calm of a yoga class. You get a full body workout that tones and strengthens the core, stretches the body, and improves balance and flexibility. Yogilates gives a more balanced and complete workout than other types of fitness classes. With regular practice participants will progress safely and quickly to a stronger, more flexible body and a more relaxed state of being.Yogilates® stimulates and enriches the mind, body, and spirit and is appropriate for people of all ages. This class will be offered simultaneously in person and virtually through Zoom. Please have your own mat and water bottle for this class. Instructor: Michele Wilkins, Certified Yogilates instructor. 8 classes. No class 7/4. (8/22/24 reserved for makeup).
