Grades: 10th - Adult. Level 2 - 3. Through mindful awareness and mellow pacing, this yoga class will invite you to come home to your body. Hatha yoga blends postures, movement, breathwork, and relaxation to enhance your strength, flexibility, balance, and steadiness of mind. Please remember to bring your yoga mat, a cozy blanket or towel for added comfort, and a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout this rejuvenating class. Instructor: Jeanne Hagadone, RYT 200, over 10 years of experience. 10 classes. No class 9/24, 10/8, and 11/26.
Class cancelled 12/10 due to weather. Class cancelled 9/24 due to instructor illness. Makeup date is October 15th. Last class date is 12/17/25.
