Ages: 18 - Adult. Learn a few simple methods of Tai Chi that improve physical balance. Master Young will teach a modified version of Tai Chi for exercise, relaxation, and balance. Class can be repeated for additional benefit. Please note, this class will be offered simultaneously in-person and virtually (via Zoom). Depending on the class size and to allow people to maintain physical distance in the studio, you may be asked to attend the class 3 times in person and 3 times virtually via Zoom. You also have the option to attend all classes virtually via Zoom if preferred. The week that class begins, the instructor will send out instructions on how to sign up weekly to attend in-person. These classes take place at Peaceful Dragon School, and will follow their COVID-19 protocols, masks are required for all participants attending in person. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle if attending in-person. Please note, the studio is located one flight downstairs and there is no elevator available.
