Grades: 12th - Adult. Level 1 - 5. Unlock your strength in this focused, technique-driven class designed for adults of all fitness levels. You'll build a strong foundation and confidence using the barbell through classic lifts like squats and overhead presses. With proper coaching and form emphasis, this class helps you increase muscle, improve posture, and boost everyday functional strength. Whether you're brand new to lifting or returning after time off, you'll find a supportive, motivating environment to push your limits—safely and effectively. Instructor: Jeff Pillars from Lily Weightlifting. 8 classes/4 weeks. (2/3 reserved for Tuesday makeup class. 2/5 reserved for Thursday makeup class).
