Description
Grades: 10th - Adult. Level 3 - 5. Are you looking for a mind-body workout that will strengthen, lengthen, stretch and tone your body? Improve your muscular endurance and flexibility with an emphasis on core body matwork. Please bring your own mat and water bottle. Instructor: Stephanie Riegle, over 25 years experience. 7 classes. (6/3 reserved for makeup class).
Rec & Ed classes follow AAPS COVID & Health Guidance.
