Description
Grades: 10th - Adult. Level 1 - 4. BRING THE FUN BACK INTO YOUR FITNESS ROUTINE! Enter a new dimension of fitness! This new high/low energy workout will connect with your life's true rhythm through a combination of rhythmic drum music and movement. Drumming is a great way to release stress and burn calories. You will find yourself dancing, singing, and grooving. Whether or not you have rhythm, you will find drumming is fun and easy to follow, plus you can work at your own pace! Certified Drums Alive® Instructor: Geraldine Powell. 9 classes. No class 2/17. (3/17 reserved for makeup class).
