Description
10th grade - Adult Level 1-3. Do you want to experience a fun cardiovascular workout while learning basic kickboxing moves? In this class, you can expect an upbeat, full-body workout, targeted to improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Participants will need bag gloves that cover up to the 2nd knuckle; full finger gloves will work as well. Instructor: PKSA Staff. 8 classes.
No class 4/19 and 5/10.
