Description
Grade 10th - Adult Level 1-3. Do you want to experience a fun cardiovascular workout while learning basic kickboxing moves? In this class, you can expect an upbeat, full-body workout, targeted to improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Participants will need bag gloves that cover up to the 2nd knuckle; full finger gloves will work as well. You can purchase gloves from Amazon by clicking this link: Kickboxing Gloves. 6 classes. No class 4/18, 5/9, and 5/23. (6/13 reserved for makeup class).
